In the first place, on the part also of Sergio, we would like
to thank you for the most successful GBATA Conference in Moscow.
As usual, because of your excellent leadership you managed to create
a wonderful atmosphere that is quite unique in scientific conferences.
The social program was also really very good, namely, the
party we attended on the Thursday night at the manor was fun with excellent
food. The University did indeed also a
great job.

I think GBATA has created a second special element-that I am sure
you planned –namely a home for developing international relations. Moscow
was a very successful event and hope it did not wear you out too much!
Looking forward to Taipei.

Thank you for yet another outstanding GBATA conference. The excellence of the papers, the broad
international representation of scholars, and the general collegiality of the
sessions were all positive factors underscored by the setting of the
conference in the economically and historically significant city of Moscow.

Thank you so much for organizing the GBATA
Conference! I had a fantastic time! The papers and presentations I attended
were very interesting and useful for my own research.
There were topics that I did not expect,
but turned out to be areas from which I can grow and learn more of. Many of
the other delegates were simply great and I have been corresponding with a
number of them already. From Botswana
to Lithuania!
Thanks again. You are a great organizer, a true scholar, and a lovely
personality. I hope to meet you and your team next year again.

Sergio joins me in sending you our
congratulations for the excellent GBATA Conference 2005. We really enjoyed it
very much. We appreciated how you managed to overcome the “no show” problem,
consolidating as of the second day several presentations, initially scheduled
for different sessions, into a few sessions with a significant number of
participants.

Congratulations on yet another outstanding
GBATA conference. The GBATA 2004 international colloquium in Cape Town, South Africa was superlative not
only for the exceptional quality of the scholarship and presentations but
also for the high level of collegiality among the conference participants and
the hospitality on the part of the conference organizers. We will look
forward to future GBATA gatherings.

First of all, I would like to reiterate
both Sergio’s and my thanks for all you did to make the GBATA conference in Cape Town such a
success. The fact that it was in South Africa where integration is
visibly becoming a reality, thanks in greater part to Nelson Mandel’s
role-model leadership of “spiritual intelligence”, to use Mr. Pretorius’s
terms, made it especially inspiring. Indeed, right from the beginning,
the speeches of the opening plenary session, and later, the numerous papers
of South African colleagues that touched upon management issues where the influence
of local socio-economic and political factors is no doubt critical, where
food for thought regarding the importance of this type of leadership for
effective management in a global world.

Thank you once again for an excellent and
well organized conference. If it was not for you I would not have had

possibility to host the 2004 conference. I am sure that we are able to

I am writing to express my appreciation and
thanks for being able to participate in the Istanbul Conference this past July.
Generally, I attend 2-3 professional conferences each year, many extremely
well regarded. None of them can claim to surpass the GBATA Conference that
you organized for Istanbul
this past July. Professionally this conference was very valuable, with many
interesting and well developed presentations. For the Tobin College
of Business, the conference enable SJU to make a
strong impression on academics from many universities around the world.
Finally, the local arrangements and activities were superb. For this my wife
Kathryn especially wishes to express her appreciation. Many Thanks
